Printed Ephemera — 1898-07-11
Middlsex Music Hall
Programme for the Middlesex Music Hall listing performances taking place for the week beginning July 11 1898.
The Middlesex music hall stood in Drury Lane. Originally a singing room attached to the Mogul tavern, it gained a reputation for dubious behaviour. Affectionately known as 'The Old Mo' the music hall was enlarged during the 19th century to accomodate larger crowds but was finally demolished in 1918.
