Leaflet advertising a performance of the 15th century morality play Everyman at the Festival Church, Waterloo during the Festival of Britain, 1951. The Church of St John in Waterloo Road adjoining the South Bank Exhibition was rebuilt following bomb damage for use as the official Festival church. As well as special performances of religious drama, there were daily prayerbook services. Once a week the liturgies of Scotland, America, South Africa and Australia were used.
