Let 'em all go
Sheet music for the popular music hall song 'Let 'em all go' written and composed by Mills and Charter and sung by Harry Champion. The colour chromolithographed cover with a blue wash by the lithographer H. G Banks is illustrated with a portrait of Harry Champion together with smaller vignette illustrations, typical of the lithographer, depicting scenes and lyrics from the song.
Harry Champion was born William Henry Crump in 1865 at 4 Turk Street, Bethnal Green. As one of the most popular Cockney comedians on the music hall circuit he was most famous for the songs 'Boiled Beef and Carrots' and 'I'm Henery the Eigth I am'.
