Full 5,7 or 20 Year Warranty Certificate for a Batesville Steel Monogard Casket
This blank guarantee certificate relates to a Batesville Steel Mongard Casket or coffin. It is a warranty certificate for a coffin supplied to T Cribb & Sons, Funeral Directors, 10 Woolwich Manor Way, Beckton, London E6 4PA in 2000. The pack comprises of an envelope on which is printed the logo of Batesville, together with a list of the contents. On the back is a card which enables the reordering of the casket. The warranty certificate itself states that Batesville undertook a vacuum test on the casket to ensure it was resistant to the entrance of air and water and that will replace it if it does not resist entrance of air, water or soil during warranty period, which is 5 years for direct burial in grave liner, 7 years for ground interment in unlined concrete vault or 20 years for ground interment in a water resistant vault or above ground entombment. A small envelope is provided to keep the warranty certificate. There are two of the 'Memorial Record' with on one side 'Memories of You', ruled lines, and Batesville logo and details, and on other side 'Memories for Eternity' and spaces for details about the deceased. A 'Living Memorial Program letter service card' is included with the card addressed to Batesville and with a gummed edge so that it can be folded and sent through the post. A 'Customer Satisfaction Response' survey form includes two small illustration of the casket. The customer is requested to rate their satisfaction with the casket. There are five categories - very satisfied, satisfied, neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, dissatisfied and very dissatisfied.
