Card, valentine card
Handfinished valentine's card comprising a white lace paper border surrounding a panel of cream cotton net. In the centre of the net is applied a chromo-lithographed coloured print of three cupid figures surrounded by an applied wreath of coiled gold wire, cotton gauze and embossed silver paper leaves. This decoration has an outer frame of coiled silver wire. One of a collection of cards stored within a scrapbook compiled by Jonathan King numbered 'Volume 1166'.
