Braughing, Hertfordshire - an ancient village north of Ware. Produced for the Antiquarian Itinerary. From a field with cows and a cowherd and two young ladies with two dogs a bridge crosses a stream into a village of cottages and small houses with the tower of St Mary's church topped by a spire rising over all.
