Holland House, Crouch end, Midd'x, the seat of Mr Shawe. A substantial three-storey house in a wooded hilly landscape; a man plays with two greyhounds in the garden. "[In the early 19th century] only Holland House stood beyond the junction with Crouch Hill. It was a three-storeyed bow-fronted villa erected after 1781.
