In Cloth Fair the arms of Robert Rich, Earl of Warwick, are on one of the houses, said to have been his residence in 1795. (Richard Nevill, earl of Warwick (Warwick the Kingmaker) had a palace known as Warwick House, occupying the site of what is now called Warwick-lane, but this is not in Cloth Fair.)
