From Sir William Dugdale's History of St. Paul's Cathedral, first published 1658, second edition 1716, but there is a version of this engraving, attributed to Hollar, which has added material (a coat of arms and a descriptive text in a cartouche) in the top corners (blank in this version) at http://www.gutenberg.org/files/16531/16531-h/images/0155-serkenwaldi-400.png which is taken from "Old St. Paul's Cathedral" by William Benham (1902).
