Cup
Grey-buff cup with a flared rim and a round bottom with a hollow in the base. It has a fine black fabric with a few traces of grit and signs of grass tempering. Part of the rim is missing. Found in the Thames near Hammersmith in 1867. This pot is part of the Layton Collection, on long-term loan to the Museum of London.
