Ladies' companion, sewing clamp
Steel ladies' companion or sewing clamp consisting of a clamp key with heart shaped bow. Small hook attached to the clamp shoulder. Mounted on top of the clamp a semi-cylindrical pincushion holder which contains a purple velvet-covered pincushion.
