Card, valentine card

Handfinished valentine's card comprising a silver and white lace paper top sheet embossed with a bird, branch and vine design. In the centre is applied a satin covered card panel printed with a floral bouquet. Applied to one corner of this panel is a heart shaped pink satin pad printed with a love verse. This applied decoration is surrounded by an orange silk fringe. The back of the lace paper sheet is decorated with an applied chromolithographed colour print of a young girl child surrounded by a silver lace paper border with embossed flower design.
