Valentine's card comprising a single sheet of card printed with a coloured chromolithographed illustration of a young woman sitting on a milking stool, a dandelion behind her back. Printed with the message 'I know a maiden fair to see Take care! Take care!'. The publisher's mark 'H & F' (Hildesheimer and Faulkner) appears in the corner. This London publishing firm located at 41 Jewin Street, was formed in 1881 when Albert Hildesheimer went into partnership with Charles William Faulkner.
