Card, valentine card
Handfinished, multi layered valentine's card comprising an under sheet of cream satin framed by a white lace paper border. Applied to the centre of the satin panel is a cut out embossed paper figure of a cherub holding aloft a branch and a dove. This figure is surrounded by a wreath of satin leaves and strings of threaded fake pearls. The top layer comprises a gilded and white lace paper border with an embossed flower and leaf design. Applied to this sheet are large pearlised glass beads, cotton lily of the valley flowers and large cream satin leaves. A small lilac paper scroll is printed 'May Happiness be ever thine'.
