Card, valentine card
Handfinished valentine's card comprising a sheet of silver and white lace paper embossed with a flower and leaf design surrounding a central open area. Applied to the open area is a panel of white rice paper framed by an inner frame of embossed red paper flowers and an outer frame of gilded and white lace paper. Above this panel is applied a small white rice paper roundel with an applied embossed silver and white paper cherub and a silver embossed lace paper frame. The card is also decorated with garlands of green feathers, dried grasses, and cotton flowers.
