Love Sincerity and Truly Yours

Valentine's card in the form of a roundel with a central panel of cream satin framed by an uncoloured lace paper border. Above the uncoloured border is a second identical lace paper border painted silver, attached by paper springs or hinges. Applied to the centre of the satin panel is a rather crude motif comprising a fabric flower, an embossed paper bird and silver embossed paper. The top lace paper silver border is decorated with an applied garland of embossed and coloured paper flowers with a gilded, white embossed paper vase of flowers. Within applied gilded scrolls is handwritten 'Love Sincerity and Truly Yours'.
