High Hose
Handfinished valentine's card comprising a top sheet of white lace paper embossed with a curtain and flower design surrounding a plain central panel. Applied to the panel are a pair of paper hose surrounded by the handwritten message 'High Hose or the the inconvenience of an unmarried life Never too late to mend' The foot part of the hose lifts up to reveal the concealed message 'A friend in need is a friend indeed'.
