Card, valentine card
Incomplete valentine's card comprising a single sheet of white lace paper. The top part of the sheet includes an oval panel with cameo embossed image of two lovers strolling along a riverbank arm in arm. Under the panel is inserted a piece of cream satin. The lower part of the lace paper sheet comprises a diamond shaped lattice design surrounding a central oval panel of cream satin decorated with handpainted and applied flowers and foliage. Below is applied a small paper scroll printed 'Remember dear that happy spot Where first I said Forget me not'. The card is incomplete as it does not have a back or inner sheet.
