Come dwell with me
Multi-layered valentine's card formed from two sheets of uncoloured lace paper attached one on top of each other by paper springs or hinges to give a 3 dimensional effect. The under layer is by Dobbs and comprises a lace paper border with embossed flower design surrounding a central oval panel. The panel has an applied sprig of white and red fabric flowers with silver paper centres and green paper leaves. The top layer comprises an outer border of white lace paper and an inner oval border of lace paper paper with embossed flower design framing an open central area. Applied to the oval border are two embossed paper scrap bouquets, an embossed paper floral wreath and a paper scroll printed 'Come dwell with me'.
