Double column playbill announcing a performance of the pantomime 'La Belle Alliance' or 'Harlequin Good Humour and ye Field of the Clothe of Golde' at Covent Garden in 1856. The playbill is printed with a list of the pantomime scenes and acts together with a descriptionof the scenery and an engraving depicting Henry VII and King Francis I of France meeting at the Field of the Cloth of Gold.
