Presentation catalogue printed with a fully illustrated description of 'The Colosseum' exhibition as reopened in 1845. This public exhibition, located near Regent's Park, included a Museum of Sculpture, a Grand Panorama of London painted by E.T.Parris, conservatories, Gothic aviary, promenade and stalactite caverns. 24 page guide. Hard covers covered with red starched cotton and embellished with gilded Royal crest.
