Menu
A menu for a dinner at the Mansion House held on 16 March 1864. The menu is printed in pink on a sheet of folded cream paper with an embossed and gilded City shield and Livery crest and an elaborate lace border.
Detailed on the menu are the 1st, 2nd and 3rd service, which include dishes such as 'Filets de Truites a la Tartare', 'Dory a la Hollandaise'; 'Petites Croquettes a la Princesse', 'Quenelles de Volaille au supreme'; 'Petits Gateaux a la Marmalade' and 'Croques en bouche a l'Orange'.
