A Lily of the Valley for the Bosom
Handfinished valentine's card of white lace paper with embossed and lace paper flower design. Applied to the central panel an arrangement of green paper leaves on top of which is applied a sprig of embossed paper lily of the valley. Handwritten on the panel is 'A Lily of the Valley for the Bosom'.
The applied leaves fold down to reveal a drawing of the head and torso of a young African child with no clothing.
