Spencer Perceval M.P. (1762-1812), Prime Minister 1809-1812, First Lord of the Treasury and Chancellor of the Exchequer "Died by the Hand of an Assassin 11th May 1812" - he was killed in the lobby of the House of Commons by a bankrupt with a grudge against the government, John Bellingham. By Beechey and Skelton, 1813.
