Nights are so dark and long dear I sadly want a companion
Valentine's card with white lace paper border embossed with flower and curtain design. Within the central panel is a sketch of a male figure with applied paper head sitting up in a double bed, an empty place beside him. Suspended above the bed is an applied gold paper wedding ring. Below the illustration is handwritten 'Nights are so dark and long dear I sadly want a companion'.
