Card, valentine card
Valentine's card composed of two layers of embossed and lace paper with applied decoration. The under layer is marked 'Wood' and comprises a sheet of white lace paper embossed with a flower design. In the open centre is a panel of cream satin with an applied paper garland and metal foil cross, anchor and heart. The top layer of lace paper is silver and blue and has an open central area revealing the satin panel below. Applied to this top layer is a wreath of fabric, paper leaves, a garland of paper flowers and embossed leaves. The two layers are attached by paper springs giving a 3d effect.
