Card, valentine card
Valentine's card composed of two layers of lace paper attached by paper springs and decorated with applied decoration. The bottom sheet stamped 'Windsor' comprises a white lace paper border and central rectangular paper panel. The top layer comprises a lace paper border embossed with flower decoration painted silver. Applied to the central open panel of this layer is a 4 page booklet entitled 'The Little Enquirer with four colour illustrations. The booklet is concealed beneath a white and silver paper panel with applied fabric flower decoration. The central area is surrounded by a wreath of fabric, paper leaves and dried grass and painted dried berries.
