Apply this to the part affected
Valentine's card formed from two layers of identical white embossed lace paper by Dobbs Kidd & Co. The top layer has a white lace paper border, part gilded and embossed with shell design. The central white paper panel has applied decoration of an arrangement of coloured and gilded paper & fabric shells and seaweed. The underlayer is plain white with the same embossed shell design. In the centre of the white paper panel is applied an arrangement of pink paper flowers and white fabric leaves. Also decorated with paper birds and a heart shaped piece of paper with the handwritten message 'Apply this to the part affected'.
