Card, valentine card
Valentine's card formed from three sheets of embossed and lace paper. The top sheet comprises a white and gilded lace paper border embossed with a shell design, this sheet has no centre and is attached by glue to the middle sheet which has an identical lace and embossed paper shell design. In the centre of this middle sheet is a white paper panel with applied decoration of a birds nest, formed from dried, coloured grasses and a branch decorated with paper leaves and flowers. The third sheet comprises a lace paper border with embossed and lace paper flower design inner border framing the oval shaped central panel. This sheet has no applied decoration.
