Bridle fitting, cheekpiece
The cheek piece from pony bridle made from polished antler. There is an oblong opening along the side with slots above and below it on the curved faces. The sides of the slots have 2 or 3 perforations, one of which still contains a wooden peg. Found in the Thames at Syon Reach.
