South London Vespa Club
Cog Badge produced by the South London Vespa Club to mark a rally at Hastings in 1956. The South London Vespa Club was formed in 1952 and was a founder branch of the national Vesta Club of Britain. The South London Club was branch number 3: branch number 1 was North West London. The club organised rallies and rides, usually leaving from an address in West Norwood. This is one of a group of Vespa memorabilia given to the Museum by Eric Montague, a member from 1956.
