Axehead, palstave
Bronze flanged axehead or palstave, with loop. Narrow blade has single rib. Prominent casting lines, and part of the cast of the filling aperture remains at the butt end. Rowlands Class NB2, Group 3. Found in the Thames at Blackfriars, City of London.
