Mulberry sprig; Mowbray, Dukes of Norfolk
Livery badge in the form of a sprig of mulberry. The mulberry was a punning device used by the Mowbray Dukes of Norfolk. Supporters of the noble families fighting for power during the Wars of the Roses wore badges to show their allegiance.
