Boyne & Williamson (1891) reference Southwark number 305; Obv inscription: IOHN.LOWMAN.AT.THE (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = A portcullis I.M.L. (triad of initials in Roman capitals above sign, in field); Rev inscription: MARSHALSEY.IN.SOVTHWARK (around field, in Roman capitals) Device = HIS / HALFE / PENNY (in three lines of Roman capitals, in field).
