St. Paul's Churchyard
St. Paul's Churchyard from Paternoster Square. Part of the façade of the cathedral is visible in the foreground. The premises of Hitchcock, Williams and Co. warehousemen is in the centre on the left. The spire of St. Vedast alias Foster church can be seen in the centre background.
Christina Broom was a professional photographer who produced a series of London street views for sale as postcards. She later photographed the activities of the suffrage movement in London and is considered one of the earliest female press photographers.
