Scabbard, scabbard chape
Bronze winged scabbard chape, with a slight flange round the central opening, and two pairs of rivet-holes. The wings end in points. Damaged around the central opening and bent. Found in the Thames at Teddington in May 1889. Part of the Lloyd collection.
