A two disc Norwich corporation seal. The rivet disc is stamped with 164.. / IT / scallop between pierced mullets . The rove disc side is stamped with ..XV.. / flower head and mullet. The Mayors of Norwich were John Thacker in 1643 and John Tolye/Tooley in 1644.
