See 74.100/9c
Said to have belonged to Princess Charlotte (1796-1817).
A number of Princess Charlotte's dresses were taken apart and reused by recipients. The superb quality of the embroidery on these pieces suggests that this dress may have formed part of her trousseau which included richly embroidered India muslin dresses.
