A silver denarius coin of Emperor Nerva, ruler of the Roman Empire, AD 96-98. The back of the coin depicts Aequitas, the female personification of fair-dealing. This coin was minted in Rome, Italy, AD 98.
Obv: Laureate head of Domitian, facing right. Obv inscription: IMP NERVA CAES AVG GERM PM TR P II. Rev: Aequitas, standing left, holding scales in her right hand and a cornucopia in the left. Rev inscription: IMP II COS IIII PP.
