A copper alloy quadrans coin of Emperor Trajan, ruler of the Roman Empire, AD 98-117. This coin was minted in Rome, Italy, AD 98-117.
Obv: Laureate head of Trajan, facing right. Obv inscription: [IMP CAES NERVA TRAIAN AVG]. Rev: An urn, palm and wreath set upon a table. Panels along the front and side are decorated with griffins. Rev inscription: SC in exergue.
