North East sheet of a large map titled ‘London’. Map’s title ‘London (North East Sheet)’, published by Weekly Dispatch, located at Fleet Street, London in 1861. Drawn and engraved by Edward Weller, located at Red Lion Square, London. Shows the north eastern region of London. Extent: Hackney Marsh, Victoria Park, Dalston, World’s End. Trademark or decoration features a flying Hermes or Mercury over river view of Thames, overlooking North bank with St. Paul’s Cathedral in the background. Railway tracks (Eastern Counties Railway and North London Railway) highlighted in red.
