West sheet (third sheet) of a large map titled ‘London’. Map’s title ‘London (Western Sheet)’, published by Weekly Dispatch, located at Fleet Street, London in 1862. Drawn and engraved by Edward Weller, located at Red Lion Square, London. Shows the western region of London. Extent: Euston Road, Hyde Park, Harrow Road, Regent’s Park. Trademark or decoration features a flying Hermes or Mercury over a flattened globe, ‘The Dispatch Atlas’ printed on the ribbon wrap along the globe. Handwritten notes on backing card reads, ‘III. London 1862 (West)’.
