Sword, cutlass
A short, single-edged sword, with curving profile and serrated back inscribed JOH(A)N KINNDT HOUNSLOE 1635. Large asymmetrical twin-shell guard, cylindrical grip bound with wire and plain knob pommel, with hole for the end of the knuckle-bow (broken).
