Billhead
This is a printed trade card, detailing the trade of the haberdasher, Frans. Bishop. The card has been annoted by hand and used as an invoice, dated Jly 21, 1757. Bishop's card lists the materials and services provided, including 'best London needles & Pins, French, Dutch & Scotch threads... most reasonable prices'. Bishop also supplied fur and feathers for clothing. The card gives the address of the business as the 'Sun and Dove, upper End of King Street, near Bloomsbury Sqaure'.
