Billhead, invoice
Copper-engraved billhead with handwritten invoice issued by firm of William Lund, upholsterers warehouseman and manufacturer, located at 10 Marylebone Street, St James's. The billhead includes an engraving of the tradesman's sign of a ram suspended from a hanging bracket and notes that the firm supplied window hollands and moreen used for curtaining. By 1848 Lund's business had been taken over by R V Ferrers. Dated July 1845 the invoice refers to the supply of green cloth.
