The Humours and Diversions of Southwark Fair
Southwark Fair, held in September and abolished in 1762: from a painting by Hogarth of about 1733: this version has a long verse appended and follows the painting in having the collapsing balcony on the right by contrast with 64.51/35 where it is on the left: in both versions the text labels within the image are correctly oriented. Entertainments, flirting, fights, flags and disasters.
