Help us reflect on Windrush and its stories with oral histories, object handling and activities.

Join us in our reflection room to help mark Windrush Day and honour the contribution this generation made across Britain, including the NHS, transport and military.

Hear real-life stories of those who were part of the Windrush generation and came over to Britain, including a Trinidadian nurse and Jamaican RAF veteran.

Join Jamaica’s Araba Scott Children’s Foundation with an activity that reflects on what it means to celebrate and welcome the Windrush generation. This will be an opportunity to rewrite some of the negative experiences around housing, employment and social experiences after Windrush.

There's also a chance to get up close with objects by Leslee Wills, a textile designer and founding member of Notting Hill Carnival band, Lion Youth. These objects are being shown for the first time and will shed light on the contributions of Caribbean women to fashion and culture.

Hooray, you’re coming for free! Why not give a little back and donate today?
