Join Night Club for a fun, interactive talk to explore sleep, circadian health and shift work.

Night workers keep our 24/7 society running. Yet, their sleep, health and wellbeing is at risk – so how can we help?

Night Club was founded in 2018 to support individuals, employers and policy makers to help night workers thrive by improving sleep and wellbeing for ‘the forgotten shift’ across industries like healthcare, transport, logistics and facilities.

This interactive talk will explore your body's natural 24-hour clock and give you some practical tips and tricks to improve your own sleep.

Hooray, you’re coming for free! Why not give a little back and donate today?
