Need to know

This is a free, but ticketed event. Tickets will be released at 10am on Mon 16 Feb.

You must book in advance to take part in these sessions, as tickets won't be available on the day. Make sure to arrive at the museum early or in plenty of time for your booked session.

Photography helps families understand what to expect at our events and shows funders the great work we do. As such, a museum photographer may be present to take pictures. No need to preen or pose, just play!

The museum is open every day 10am – 5pm.

Prams and buggies are welcome in the museum. However, due to our Secrets of the Thames exhibition, buggy parking is limited on the Ground Floor.
