A free display of artwork and a workshop created through Listening with Landscapes a collaboration between Imperial Health Charity’s Creative Walking Group and artist Eva Jonas.

Imperial Health Charity supports Imperial NHS Healthcare Trust’s five hospitals in north-west London. The charity’s Arts team manages the art collection displayed across hospital sites and runs creative engagement projects for patients, staff and local communities.

Over the past two years, the Arts team has collaborated with Eva Jonas on Listening to Landscapes, a creative walking group for hospital outpatients. These sessions encourage mindful exploration of green spaces around hospital sites, using sensory and creative activities to support wellbeing and foster community connection.

The workshops have led to the creation of a resource to be displayed across the hospitals, which shares walking routes alongside creative responses from the group and prompts for staff, patients and visitors.
